NEET 2019 Syllabus & Exam Pattern: The exam conducting authority of NEET, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the NEET 2019 Exam pattern and test schedule. Candidates are appearing for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam, scheduled for 6th May 2019. Aspirants may start the preparation for the exam using latest CBSE NEET Syllabus 2019 and NEET UG Exam pattern. The huge number of candidates has applied for NEET Entrance Exam to get admission in MBBS/BDS courses.

NEET 2019 is scheduled on Sunday, 6th May 2019 for offering 100% to MBBS and BDS seats in government, private and deemed universities/ colleges across India. Candidates can check the NEET UG 2019 exam pattern and syllabus for the preparation of the exam. To crack the exam, or to start the preparation for the exam, it is advisable for the candidates to review the CBSE NEET Exam Syllabus and Exam pattern to easily crack the exam.

CBSE NEET Syllabus 2019, Check NEET (UG) 2019 Exam Schedule

NEET also referred to as National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test is a national level exam organized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This is a great opportunity for the students who are willingly wanted to take admissions for MBBS and BDS course. Courses are provided by many of the colleges, universities and the institutions (Private, Government or deemed). Here, we are providing the complete NEET Syllabus 2019 and the National Eligibility cum entrance exam pattern for the students who are appearing for the exam conducted on 6th May 2019.

The Medical Council of India (MCI) recommends the following syllabus for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) after review of various states of syllabi as well as those prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council Board of School Education (COBSE) and the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).  Some important information is given here.

NEET Exam Pattern 2019- Check NEET Exam Syllabus for Biology, Chemistry, Physics Subjects:

We are updating here latest Pattern of Test for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) consists of 3 subjects. The NEET (UG) shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with the single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The duration of paper would be 3 hours. The data for subjects and number of questions are given in the table.

The NEET Exam Pattern is as follows-

  • Exam conducts with pen and paper. An OMR sheet will be provided to the students.
  • The exam consists of 3 subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • The number of questions for every subject is 45 except Biology, Biology itself consists of two subjects Botany and Zoology, so it is of 90 questions.
  • A total number of questions is 180.
  • NEET 2017 is an objective-type paper only.
  • Each question consists of 4 marks.
  • There is negative marking also. Each wrong answer deducts 1 mark.
  • The total exam is conducted for 720 marks
